This experiential and educational training will teach hypnotherapists how to integrate several evidence-informed breathing techniques into their hypnosis sessions. Participants will learn how specific breathing patterns activate different physiological states that support hypnotic depth, emotional processing, and subconscious receptivity. The training will also address an essential component of breath-based work: trauma-informed facilitation.

Participants will leave with practical breath protocols, scripts, and facilitation guidelines they can immediately integrate into their hypnosis practice.

Breath is one of the most direct ways to influence the autonomic nervous system, regulate emotional states, and deepen hypnotic receptivity. When intentionally applied, breathwork can accelerate trance induction, reduce resistance, increase somatic awareness, and help clients access subconscious material safely.

Because breath can access stored emotions, practitioners must understand how to recognize nervous system activation and guide clients safely through the experience. Participants will leave with practical breath protocols, scripts, and facilitation guidelines they can immediately integrate into their hypnosis practice.
