Our members are committed to the highest standards of professionalism, compassion, and integrity. As a client, you can expect the following from any member of the Association for Integrative & Spiritual Hypnotherapists (AISH):

Professional Competence

Services are provided only in areas where the practitioner has received training and demonstrated skill.

Members pursue ongoing education to stay current with best practices in hypnotherapy and related fields.

Integrity & Respect

Clients are always treated with honesty, fairness, and dignity.

Members maintain clear professional boundaries and never exploit their position of trust in any way.

Informed Consent

You will receive clear information about the nature of services, session structure, fees, and confidentiality before beginning.

Written consent is obtained for recordings, demonstrations, or work with minors.

Confidentiality

Your privacy is respected at all times. Records and information are kept secure and confidential, with exceptions only when required by law or with your written consent.

Client-Centered Care

Sessions are designed to serve your best interests.

If your needs are beyond a practitioner’s expertise, you will be referred to a qualified professional.

Hypnosis is always presented as a complementary approach, not a substitute for medical care.

Ethical Business Practices

Advertising and promotional materials are honest and accurate.

Members respect the intellectual property of others and do not misrepresent credentials or qualifications.

Meet the Founders

Keli Raymond

MHC.-Co-Founder

Keli Raymond is the President & CEO of Pathway Hypnotherapy & Intuitive Counseling, LLC and a founding member of the Association for Integrative & Spiritual Hypnotherapists (AISH). She also serves as Director and Principal Instructor of the California Hypnotherapy & Intuitive Training Academy and is a former Board Member of the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners (A.C.H.E).

A Master Hypnotic Coach with over 15 years in private practice, Keli integrates Hypnotherapy, Life Coaching, Intuitive Counseling, Energy Work, and Spiritual Law principles to help clients achieve mind-body-spirit transformation. Her work was featured on TLC’s “I Am Jazz,” assisting Jazz Jennings with hypnosis for weight loss prior to gender confirmation surgery.

As a Psychic Medium and channel writer, Keli has provided professional readings for over 25 years and developed her own intuitive development system to help others strengthen their psychic abilities. She is also the author of “7 Universal Truths: The Path to Peace & Prosperity,” a channeled work offering higher wisdom from the collective consciousness known as The Council.

A UC Berkeley graduate with 20+ years of sales and marketing expertise, Keli is also an Executive Business Coach who helps healers and spiritual practitioners align their businesses with their soul-purpose for greater prosperity and impact.

Katherine Zimmerman

Katherine Zimmerman is a certified hypnotherapist, author, and international speaker who’s been inspiring students and clients since 1989. She’s the Director of the California Hypnotherapy Academy, a former Board Member for the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners, and co-founder of the Association for Integrative & Spiritual Hypnotherapists.

Katherine has taught classes on self-hypnosis, EFT, and holistic healing across the country, and has presented at major professional conferences. A passionate writer, she’s published five volumes of Hypnotherapy Scripts, a business guide for holistic practitioners, and a full series of instructor manuals for hypnotherapy educators.

Trained in Advanced Hypnotherapy with the late Gil Boyne and EFT with its founder, Gary Craig, Katherine brings wisdom, warmth, and decades of experience to her teaching. Her mission is simple — to help people awaken their inner power, release old patterns, and align mind, body, and spirit for true transformation.

Melissa Paluzzi

Melissa Paluzzi is a Master Hypnotic Coach, Certified Hypnotherapy Instructor, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Spiritual Teacher who bridges the worlds of science, spirit, and subconscious transformation. With over two decades of hands-on experience in the healing arts, Melissa brings an integrative approach to personal transformation—weaving together the wisdom of the body, the intelligence of the mind, and the infinite potential of the spirit.

Her sessions and teachings are grounded in compassion and empowerment, guiding individuals to release emotional blocks, reconnect with their inner truth, and awaken their natural capacity for healing and growth. As both a practitioner and educator, Melissa is known for her ability to create safe, sacred spaces for deep healing and for helping clients access the clarity and confidence to live from their highest potential.

Whether she’s teaching future hypnotherapists, leading group experiences in breathwork and spiritual alignment, or guiding private clients through profound personal transformation, Melissa’s work is infused with presence, intuition, and heart-centered wisdom.

Suzy Day

Suzy Day is a Master Hypnotherapist and recipient of the IACT 2024 Hypnotist of the Year Award, known for guiding visionaries and seekers through deep, transformative inner work. With advanced certifications in Past Life and Life Between Life Regression, Spiritual Exploration, and Childhood Chakra Regression, Suzy brings a grounded, soul-centered approach to healing that meets clients exactly where they are — and gently walks with them to where their soul is calling them to be.

Suzy specializes in helping people clear outdated patterns and beliefs, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and step fully into a life of purpose, impact, and authenticity. Her work is intuitive yet practical, spiritual yet deeply embodied — perfect for those who are ready to do the real work of transformation.

In addition to her client practice, Suzy is a Master Trainer for several respected professional associations, mentoring the next generation of hypnotherapists and healing professionals. She has presented at numerous professional conferences and is widely respected for her ability to blend deep spiritual insight with practical tools for lasting change.
