Complaint Form
Submitting a Concern
At AISH, we are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and integrity-driven community for both practitioners and those they serve. When a concern arises, we approach it with care, thoughtfulness, and a genuine desire for understanding and resolution.
If you are considering submitting a formal complaint, we invite you to first contact the AISH administrative office to confirm that the individual is currently certified or an active member. You may reach us at connect@aishypno.com
To support a fair and timely review process, concerns must be submitted within one year of the date of the incident.
We are dedicated to honoring all perspectives while upholding the ethical standards that support trust, safety, and professionalism within our community.
Ethics Review Process
All complaints submitted regarding currently certified members will be handled with care, confidentiality, and respect for all parties involved.
Upon receipt of a complaint, the member in question will be notified and given the opportunity to respond. Once a response is received, all relevant information from both parties will be submitted to the AISH Ethics Committee for thorough and impartial review.
Following this review, the Ethics Committee will present its findings and recommendations to the Board. The Board will then carefully consider the information and determine any appropriate action, in alignment with the AISH Code of Ethics, established policies, and governing bylaws.
This process is designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and the highest standards of professional integrity within our community.
